What are your shipping charges?

All shipping changes are stated in listing.

Will I get delivery confirmation number and will items be insured?

You will get a delivery confirmation number if item is $20 and above.  This applies to U.S. orders only.  All items over $50 will be insured.

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship to APO/FTO?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service. The shipping charges are the same as if you are shipping to the USA.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, all international shipping charges are listed with items description as WorldWide.

Is my information secured?

Yes, all the information is secured. We use SSL technology to ensure all your information is secured (Password, User Name, Address and E-Mail).  We do not sell or pass on any of your information to other parties.

Payment

Are payments secured?

Payments are 100% secured thru PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal you can use your credit card thru PayPal process as well.

How can I pay thru PayPal?

Once reaching the payment section in checkout process it will directly take you to PayPal page. Here you have payment option to input your registered PayPal email address in the spaces provided. If you don't have PayPal account on the left there is an option to use your credit card.

Returns

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I received?

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
